Why do you want to live to an old age?
Eat carefully, little sugar, little salt, little fat…
No junk food, no candy, no drinks
Only water can give you trusts.
Are you happy with this kind of life?
For what? For what?
Just because then you can live longer??

Live longer for what? for what?
More stress increase on us.
More hysterics we need to stand.
The same trivial things you still care everyday.

If I want to live a long life
That will because I have the plan
The plan of my dreams, of my ideals
I need more time to accomplish it, to fulfill my life
NOT foolishly because I desire to live to an old age.
